If your spouse is missing and you have no idea where to find them you can serve your divorce papers by publication in the local newspaper, or by posting the divorce paper at a family courthouse board. 

How long does a divorce actually take?

The short answer is, on average, nine months. Now, I'm going to break it down and explain at what point a divorce may take longer, or when it’s going to be less. 

Five Tips to a Valid Prenuptial Agreement
